Don't let termites eat away your biggest investment, your home!

I've use Trackers on three houses so far and am getting ready to contact them again. I wouldn't work with anyone else after working with them.

When I needed a termite inspection, I didn't know where to turn. A friend suggested I call Roger at Trackers, and I am so glad I did. He is efficient, on time, and so knowledgeable. He explained his findings in a way I could understand. He is a "wow," and I highly recommend him.

Professional, follow through is great. Has other workers on his crew, and everyone is getting the job done.

I appreciate his diligence. He considered, and then added a few construction repairs ( broken roof shingles, water damage by the obsolete water solar panel on our roof) that really complete the overall exterior damage.

If I could give 10 stars, I would.. Roger came on time the morning after I called. He was able to check inside and out telling us what and why he was checking certain areas….

It was a good experience meeting up with Roger. He is honest about his inspection. At first, I thought I have termite problem with the house. Roger inspected inside and outside of the house and told me it wasn't termite. It was ant problem and I can take care of the problem myself. He also gave me a report on what needs to be replaced later in time. That is my experience with Roger. I definitely will give him a call to do any jobs.

Excellent workmanship by Roger and his coworkers.Extensively damaged wood repaired on eaves, roof, and deck after more than 20 years since last treatment. Reinspection and minor repair work done within the following two years. Very impressive carpentry work replacing some very damaged wood! Price much lower than another estimate I received which did not include any repairs!

Haven't tented yet, but these guys are doing some amazing work on all the needed repairs to the eaves, wood trim, doors, etc. Roger was thorough in his inspection, prompt on his estimate and he and his team work efficiently and neatly. Not looking forward to tenting, but I have confidence Roger will be available to help us out when needed.

Termite fumigation is not a pleasant experience. Bagging up all food, make-up, lotions, etc. is a chore. Luckily it is all worth it! Roger and Ryan made the whole process worthwhile. They made all needed repairs, working very neatly and replacing and repainting all the affected areas around the exterior of the house. Although we did our best to remove any plants near the house, naturally some of the plants around the perimeter were covered by the tent and turned brown, but Roger advised us to water thoroughly before the tent was put up and I'm sure the plants will revive. Their attention to detail is extraordinary. They make sure the job is complete, and even take the time to put everything right back where it belongs! Roger came to the house several times to ensure we were properly advised prior to the tenting as well as once the house was tented. He made sure the job was done up to our standards, and they exceeded our expectation! I highly recommend Trackers Termite Control. We will also be having them come back annually for any needed maintenance. Roger and Ryan are two of the best guys we have had working on our 60 year old house. Termites are persistent, wood is good, but Trackers is better!

What a great experience!! Roger is a very honest & professional expert who did a fantastic job! It all began when I noticed that a part of my house seemed to have some termites and or dry rot. Therefore, I looked up yelp for some qualified termite experts. Roger called me the same day and met me at my house at the next day on time and ready to work. Once he completed his professional inspection. He explained to me what had to be done and sent over a report electronically to cover the costs and the exact specifications of what he was going to do. I emailed him back and asked a few questions in which he provided his professional and timely feedback. I think most users are a little skeptical with who you're working with however, that quickly changed after talking to Roger for a while. He is truly one of the most honest and sincere peopIe have met. We confirmed a appointment time and as usual on time if not a few minutes earlier. Throughout the whole time, he conducted himself very professionally. He stayed in constant communication about the ins & outs of what he was doing, answered any questions and did an amazing job! When the job was finished he cleaned up and walked the premises with me to ensure my satisfaction. Finally, he reminded me that his workmanship is guaranteed.

Awesome experience with these guys. Came out when then said they would be there. Did the termite report for the sale of our house along with all of the repairs associated with it. They were honest and fairly priced also. Great experience!

Roger was very thorough & did a great job of tenting our almost 1900 sq. ft. 1 story house for a full fumigation. He did what he promised. He understands the time consuming work it takes a homeowner to prepare outside the yard & inside the house with bagging all the food, moving the plants and taking care of any pets. He was always only a phone call away for any questions that I might have.
I was surprised that they even reinstalled the light bulbs on all 6 sets of outside motion detector security lights.
Remember to go ahead & ask any question & not assume anything especially when you only do this kind of thing every 20 years.

Roger was extremely thorough in the inspection of our home. He took the time to explain the process and our options when evidence of dry wood termites was found. He worked with us in determining the best solution and treatment for our situation. Roger and his company are honest, fair and won't take advantage of their clients. Roger is a true professional. His inspections are through and so is his report. Our house had minor termites in the garage which we wanted to take care of before paining the house. The turnaround time for the estimate was as quick as the job itself. Not only did he take care of the termite treatment in the garage but also in the patio of which we were not aware of. He completed the work quickly (termite treatment & replacement of the fascia boards in the patio) in less than 2 hours. A day later I received an invoice via email. He is quick, thorough and a real pro.
